Welcome to Allitrato. By accessing and using this Website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Website or booking services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this Website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or services.
2. Services
Allitrato offers photography services including, but not limited to, portraits, weddings, elopements, lifestyle sessions, branding, family, and commercial photoshoots. All services are provided based on the agreed scope and price as outlined in a signed contract, invoice, or written agreement between you and Allitrato.
3. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 30%* is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in your invoice or contract.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received on time.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the shoot (excluding weddings, elopements and commercial projects) may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.
Wedding, elopement and commercial projects cancellations are subject to separate terms outlined in the signed contract.
If Allitrato cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund including the deposit.
No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeited sessions without refund unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery of Photographs
Photos will be delivered digitally via an online gallery or agreed-upon method.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the scope of the project.
Editing style and artistic discretion are at the sole discretion of Allitrato. Requests for re-edits or additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Use of Photographs & Copyright
Allitrato retains full copyright ownership of all photographs taken.
Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the photographs for printing and sharing online. For commercial or promotional use, a separate licensing agreement may be required.
Commercial, branding, editorial, or promotional use requires a separate licensing agreement.
Allitrato reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Model Release: By booking services, you consent to the use of your likeness in promotional materials unless you opt out in writing prior to the session.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Full cooperation during the shoot to ensure the best results
Accurate and timely information provided to Allitrato regarding your requirements and expectations.
Secure necessary permissions or permits for locations, venues, or third-party involvement (if applicable).
8. Pricing Policy
All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. Once a contract is signed and the retainer is paid, the agreed-upon price is secured and will not be affected by any future price adjustments. However, for inquiries or bookings not yet confirmed with a signed contract and retainer, current pricing at the time of booking will apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
Allitrato will take every reasonable measure to ensure the success of your photoshoot, but cannot be held responsible for:
Any damages, loss, or expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, accidents, venue restrictions, equipment failure).
Loss of digital files due to unforeseen technical issues outside of reasonable control.
Claims arising after final images have been approved/delivered.
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the contracted services.
10. Force Majeure
Allitrato is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund.
11. Website Usage
By using this Website, you agree to:
Not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with its operation.
Not use Website content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using forms.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, and photographs, is the property of Allitrato or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, or other legal protections.
